Hey all. Are the swaybar endlinks greasable? My drivers side lower end is squeaking. Thanks!

No, but some aftermarket ones are. Rock Auto has a few options that are even a little stouter than stock, cheap too.

Are the Tremor end links the same length as other Rangers?

The factory sway bar links use plastic and there have been a few of us that have broken them offroading. It's a cheap upgrade, don't hesitate. It might be placebo but my cornering I thought felt better after upgrading to the very stout Mevotech TTX.

Mevotech makes solid stuff as long as you get the olive drab colored ones. The black stuff is generic crap honestly.

Side note, has anyone removed just the sway bar end links for off-roading and not the bar? Any issues if so?

Mevotech TTX TXK80252 seems to be the only grease-able ones. (FWIW: made in China). There are other options that use a heim joint in a rubber sleeve, are adjustable. Heim joints generally don't require greasing especially when in the rubber boot. I have this type on two of my cars for the last 3 years with no issues.

Where did you get the heim joint links?

Technically, Steinjäger, Inc. Suspension Components and Systems (https://steinjager.com/shop/ ).
Longer answer is: He had a friend with a Volvo that has notoriously wimpy links so he made a set for him and I found them on a Volvo forum. Then I looked at my BMW's links and they needed replacing and as turned out, they needed to be just 1/2" shorter than the Volvo version. Contacted him, and he agreed to make a pair for the Bimmer and here we are.

Google Images for Ranger end links: Ranger end links you will find quite a fair number of heim based links for the Ranger (among all the other options).

@OGMix376 & @MFTremor : I pinged Steinjäger, Inc. Suspension Components and Systems to see if they were interested in making a Ranger sway bar link. As a big Jeep (among other but not currently Ranger) off-roading parts maker, it would be natural to add 5G Ranger to their line up.

And they said Yes. Here's their reply:

Hi Richard,

Thank you for reaching out and yes I would be interested in providing an end link option for you.

What is your eye to eye measurement to the connecting points ? What is the stock bolt size to determine the bore size of the heim joint ?

A photo showing the end link set up on the 2019 Ford Ranger would also be helpful.

Review current universal sway bar options here:
https://steinjager.com/shop/products/builders-parts/sway-bar-end-links

I will update upon reply. Thank you.

In past, as I knew the only dimension difference was length, he just shortened the Volvo link.
Here, I don't know any of the Ranger dimensions or bolt size. What I would do in this case is send him a used link as the template (could spend $30 on a new one but that should be his R&D expense).

If anyone has the length and bolt size specs, please post here and I will pass them along.

Measured up my OEMs that I swapped out. Crude but fairly close dimensions

@Stevedbvik1 Thanks for the measurements, very helpful.

Steinjäger offers some universal, so you don't need to go custom. The link below shows the 3 different configurations to choose from.

2 are aluminum shafts with either a chrome moly heim or a PTFE lined heim. The other is a steel shaft with chrome moly heim.

The photos show without the rubber boot but I am checking with Steinjäger to see if that is an option or just not shown. (The ones on my cars have the boots).
