Got the bar attached, ran wires, added some red tow hooks. Flipped the license plate bracket. It get to the screws I cut out some of the inside of the bracket to get my hands through. Used some Velcro strips to help get low bracket to hold to the bumper without drilling into such. Also wrapped edge of license plate bracket with some soft rubber edging so it won’t bang the bumper or make a clanking sound. Bar hopefully coming soon. If anyone does this project and needs help. Hollar.

Could you measure from the centers of each support bar?

Why just okay?
1) It can vibrate under certain conditions (can see it in the light pattern).
2) I would rather have the light slightly behind the light bar mount. This light bar mount was built for several different light options. The Baja Designs light extends past the front of the light bar mount. Had there been good pictures of it with the different light options I might have done something different.

It dose work, and it was easy to install! I use the light fairly often and it is amazing!

Ahhh, that makes sense. Thanks for the reply! I bought mine last week and I’m trying to find the best light options for me.

Hey Dmax,

I finally flipped my plate about a week ago but ran across this thread again today and recalled posting to it earlier.

Like you, I didn’t drill into the valance to fasten the bottom part but I’ll be using your Velcro idea. I like how you “abbreviated” your plate holder to get around the issue of the bar mount making it tough to get to the screws.

Great switch location - the whole setup looks good - nice and clean.

Could you measure the diameter of the main bar for me please? Can't seem to find that online.
