Stuck in Repair Hell, is my frustration justified?

Is four months to get parts on a 2019 Ford Ranger an acceptable time frame?

I'd agree and have to believe FoMoCo has a regional CS manager who can make you feel better about your purchase and off-set some of your out of pocket loss ???
At the minimum, Mr Doling should be able to get warranty coverage suspended or extended for the duration of the downtime

I have found the worst customer service experience ever through Ford Motor Company. Their CS said that its not their problem the parts come when the parts come and they have no responsibility to provide them within any sort of timeframe.
That being said by others, not me. I am at heart a loud 'n proud Mopar Fan-Boy First. I have always been treated honestly and fairly when I have had a problem with a product that was within warranty, recall campaign etc. On a few occasions dealerships have done nationwide parts searches and 'made it happen' for me and always had a loaner or rental on their dime for the duration. I've owned GM's though not as fondly and have always tried to support FoMoCo as they were the only one of the Big Three who did not take bail out bucks. This is my 2nd new purchase from them...

Not a surprise. I had to wait 3 months for a replacement satellite antenna that was damaged when the truck was in transport. My mistake was taking delivery knowing that it wasn't working, expecting that they'd have the part in a week or two. Had I refused delivery, I'm sure the dealer would have yanked the part off another Ranger in the lot and I would not have been so annoyed.
