I need to buy new tires and was wondering if anyone switched their stock 17s to 18s and if there would be any issues with that like rubbing. The only thing I have is the 2.5 leveling kit on the front.

Thanks!

If the same overall tire diameter and similar offsets in the wheels, there will be no difference. I run the OEM 18"s 265/60 (stock wheels) and OEM 17s 265/65 (wheels purchased from another Ranger owner). The 17s I use for my winter setup.

Assuming you want the OEM 18 inch wheels you should be fine. Aftermarket 18's? That will depend on offset and tire size

I have the 18s and want to go to the 17s. Tradesies?
I am with you.

IMHO, especially at the stock tire diameter, 17s look way better than 18s. I actually like the look of my truck more with my snow tires on 17" magnetic sport wheels than the Hankooks on 18" black appearance wheels.
