Spare Tire Speed Question

Coincidentally, I got a flat last night on my way to a New Years eve dinner. Quick and easy swap for the spare. My '19 XLT 2WD came with a 16" cast spare wheel even though the other 4 are 17". I'm going to get an OEM Sport trim wheel and a matching tire for the next time.

Is that a bullet hole ??

There may be color variations during production. I sent photos of my stock Sport wheel, then they tried to match.

Lol! I didn't think of that, it does look like a bullet hole! I can get the exact wheel from a guy in SoCal with a good rep on ebay.

BTW, I ran pretty much 75 MPH for the whole trip. Spare tire be danged. But then I do like to live dangerously. Once a wild child always a wild child. Just can't help it. And on top of all that I stayed up until almost 10:30 last night. I know right? I'm such an animal.

I checked when the tire was dismounted: no slug. I'm actually a little disappointed, would have made good story.

The stock 17" Magnetic finish sport trim wheel I ordered off ebay was delivered yesterday. I'm having a new tire mounted tomorrow so now I'll have a matching, full size spare.

Anyone want a 16" cast spare wheel with a 255/70-16 Hankook Dynapro with approx 20miles on it? ?
