Hey all,
Not a lot of builds out there that I could find with Magnetic Gray paint and Fuel Shok Bronze wheels so thought I would share.
- Fox 2.0 coil overs to raise/level out the front end.
- Fox 2.0 rear shocks.
- Shop removed by front and rear crash bars up front. Plan to get the high-clearance crash bars to replace.
- Removed the rectangular plastic pieces in front of the tires on the stock Fx4 package as well, not sure what they were even there for in the first place.
- Fuel Shok Bronze wheel. 17x9” +20mm offset.
- Tire tread does not really poke past stock fender line. Sidewall does poke, which gives it a nice stance. (This matters for the PA folks and our inspection rules).
- Falken Wildpeak ATW3s - 265/70/17.
Overall thoughts:
- I believe the rear crash bars would not have been rubbing but shop removed them as precaution and something to just not deal with in future.
- Overall definitely has less body roll than stock Fx4 shocks, will give time for honest review once they break in but into them over Fx4 already.
- speedometer did not change much, I used Waze GPS on highway and was spot on with truck speedometer.
Southeastern PA folks:
- Work was done by Mount Zion Offroad in Dover, PA. I would 10/10 recommend them for anyone in the area. Clear email communication to plan and answer any questions. Update photos throughout the day with progress. All old parts were boxed up and put in bed of truck for when I picked it Up. Will be back for more upgrades in future.
