My 2021 is at 55k and I’ve read about the issues with spark plugs seized in the cylinder heads. Should I consider having plugs replaced at the dealer before the warranty expires at 60k? Looks like maintenance schedule doesn’t call for them until 100k but want to avoid an expensive repair after the powertrain warranty expires.

I do mine every 30. They are cheap there are only 4. Takes 20 minutes.

If you do it yourself, warranty is irrelevant. Take it to the dealer if you are concerned about a potential warranty claim in conjunction with plug replacement.

If you look down into the well and see corrosion- it may be an issue, if it is clean they should come out without issues

I changed mine at ~60k and didn't notice any difference in power or fuel mileage.

Yes they are cheap and easy to replace. I just see no benefit in doing it early, in my case, I don't tow/haul or go off roading.

Doesn't matter. Plugs aren't covered by warranty. And if they are seized in the head, you'll have to fight Ford for coverage.

Engine cover might solve for corrosion issues.

Not a good idea to leave them in for 100k, that's when they get corroded and stick in the head. I would change them around 50-60k. I did mine at 75k, got held up with some surgery that slowed me down. MPG was dropping a little, a new set of NGK Rutheniums fixed it right up. Use a small dab of anti-seize on the new plugs. Just a tiny bit, too much will keep the plugs from grounding properly.
