Funny my truck drives extremely well. It's quite comfortable to drive. Using your logic perhaps ford should pay for my sub install since I wanted more bass...

I don't know what's best. I'm just offering a solution to someone who is obviously unhappy with their truck. I had a buddy that had a Ridgeline and it was extremely comfortable to ride in.

You can blast at me all you want but you are the one accusing members of being "schills".
Bless you too and happy easter. Hopefully you can get some traction with your complaint. Best luck to you.
Bless your heart....

My Ranger now drives like a truck that isn't attached to 4 pogo sticks - a huge improvement.

I'm just a retired 'process technician' (IRS term on my 1040) - fancy term for a traveling manufacturers' warranty rep. Bless you - live long and prosper! Happy to converse with someone who knows what's best for others. ;)

You should definitely add 'master of irony' to your resume.

Or I knew what I was buying before I bought it, and I'm not looking to blame everyone else for buying something I didn't want.
Not exactly sure what you're trying to state - don't really think you are either....

Did someone get some rotten eggs today? ?
I am shocked at complaints over the shocks. I think this is the first post about this issue on the forum. ?
I find my pickup rides like... a pickup, not an SUV. And I'm glad it does because I wanted a pickup, not an SUV.
We are all free to change our vehicles however we want and glad you found a change that made you happy.
Maybe gofundme would help with your future changes because I don't think Ford will.
I'm looking forward to retirement when I have so much time to find nits to pick.

Wait until the average, knowledgeable, experienced user replaces their factory shocks.... :)
There's no doubt aftermarket shocks are a huge upgrade. My buddy just put Bilsteins on his brand new F150 and it was a night and day difference. No more wheel hopping or body roll and says it's super smooth over the bumps now.

Ford really should offer an upgraded package like the Bronco where you can get Bilstiens (or something better) and I'm sure they'd make a fortune as most would opt for this. For the average person the shocks are acceptable, nothing great but they'll do. Just another Mod we end up doing when you're on R5G and find out others have a better ride and now you want it too. ?

There's tons of post about the Ranger "bounce". It's been going on for years now and I'm just to worn out to find them and merge them all. lol

The Ranger's factory shocks are only acceptable to those who don't know any better or are afraid to admit it.

It's not that complicated. I bought the truck I wanted and I'm happy with it. I didn't buy a truck/suspension I didn't want (aka on pogo sticks) then come here and whine about the manufacturer reimbursing me 2 years after I bought it.

I received a compliment from a young woman today on my tailgate damper while loading garden supplies at Walmart.... :)
