It's spring in Pennsylvania so I no longer face the cold temps that trigger the transmission bad behavior. I am back writing about the new issue - the truck is bucking and pulsing at low speed in Drive. In Sport it seems to drive sweet but that's not a solution. What in the world is going on with bucking and pulsing and vibration at slight uphill roads with a fully warmed up engine?

You may have a bad DPFE EGR differential pressure sensor. It is fairly inexpensive and easy to replace. It causes the engine to buck at light throttle and low speeds.
