seek? how the $#@%^$#@# do i do it?

xlt with the 8 inch infotainment screen. where is the station seek function on the radio? i cant figure it out, and yeah i looked in the owners manual and still couldnt figure it out TIA

duh. thanks. i saw those symbols in the owners manual but i thought they would be on the screen display. now i feel stupid. more so than usual
