Those Tupperware orange peelers are amazing gadgets. LOVE mine!A stout plastic tool like a harbor freight trim removal tool or this Tupperware orange peeler $7 amazon.. small enough to wedge in between the buckle and belt in small amounts yet strong enough to push and pry with? Wet the belt with water etc as a lubricant. Don't wanna use a strong chemical that may degrade the fibers. Can you use a pair of needle nose or wide nosed vice grips to hold onto the female part of the buckle as leverage to pull on the belt with the attached or other tools?
On a side note I always either pulled and locked or fully extended the belt and two handed it and used my body weight to man handle it
