My dumb ass bought the replacement DPFE sensor without the hoses attached. Are the clamp that hold the hoses on the factory sensor reusable?

No, you have to cut them off and replace with worm clamps

I did the same and yes they are, if you're careful getting the clamps off...

Actually, I bought both version to see the difference...turns out that I was able to salvage the old hoses by carefully cutting the crimps off and replacing them with worm clamps, cleaned them up good inside and assembled a new assembly...I used the new full set and now have the salvaged hoses with new sensor hanging on my peg board for back up when the time comes again...

So...
...what's the best way to get the old hoses off in good shape?

I insert a small flat blade screwdriver into the raised crimp seam and twist. I never touch the rubber hose. Doing so will expand the clamp allowing you to easily remove it. I can remove one in under 30 seconds. Once you figure it out, it is simple and quick.

Make sure you position the new clamp so that it easy to loosen for the next time around.

I did the same! Anyone know what the proper size hose clamp would be?
