Thanks for posting this info, it was very helpful. I just finished doing my rear frame like you did with great results! looks factory new again. I am going to let it dry/cure for 24 hours, then hit that portion of the frame with bed liner. It is the only place i have any real rust, i think it is due to rock chips flung up from tires, and then the winter salt. I keep it washed off all winter, and have it Krown treated yearly, but salt never gives up!
