yup! did you buy it new? The only pain is if I remember correctly you need to pull off the step pad #14 to install them...

Many thanks @Highlander and @LB'sTremor . Very helpful. Glad to have those instructions.

I was rear-ended a long time ago, and thinking the bodyshop forgot these parts and I didn't notice until now.

So either I deal with the rigmarole of taking it back to them, or I just buy the parts (guessing I'll need #11, #12, and #13, also) and do it myself. Any idea whether this is a simple thing or a complicated thing?

I added a factory tow to mine, I removed the bumper and worked it on a bench, 6 bolts and and harness plug ( I disconnect the battery first to avoid any issues) so I am not sure how hard it will be to remove the pad on the truck as it kind of tucks under the tailgate. The pad is a PITA to remove and you might break some tabs, that's the hardest part. Take your time put wedges under the ends as you pull them up once both ends are up (all the tabs you can see form the bottom, pull straight up in the center section to pop it out. With the directions Frank posted and this info you can do it, just take your time on the pad.
