Can there be really assembly issues with a one leaf spring and a center bolt?
yes. As sad as it is:devil: 21st century tech...

I‘m no mechanic, but those u-bolts have me worried. I’ve installed some rear suspension upgrades on my Ford Raptor and my new Ford Ranger (bump stops, lift blocks, and leaf springs). I believe those bolts should all show about the same number of threads below the nut. In these pics, both sides are way off with number of exposed threads.

Maybe you were still in the process of trying to move the axle? If not, they definitely need attention.
one reason for the different amount of remaining threads is the shim on the driver side, but you are right, at the passenger side they should be the all-around the same. I loosened and tightend the bolts the last time, I torqued the U-bolts in a crisscross pattern and didn't attention to the threads. I will check it again.

there is nothing to do... it isnt a trick, its a feature. An international feature! They are not able to align the rear axle in the middle of the frame. mine is 15 mm off the center. Ford says thats in the tolerances...
i had probs with the german authority because of that and they didnt let me put on 285s without bigger fenders...
I'm pretty sure that it was not so off in the beginning, first after they the dealer solved my lean as I described in the beginning. And ... it is much more than 15mm, bit more than an inch I would guess

haha, in der Muttersprache ist es meist einfacher :) Danke für die Info, aber noch will ich mich damit nicht abfinden.

y're right, you can write to me as usual :) Thanks for the info, but I don't want accept it yet. I will measure the rear axle at the next opportunity.

translated for those who are even too lazy to open google. (directed at the lazy owners manual people)

"so and now I have seen that I don't have to break off with you at all ... so I bought the Koegler from the largest dealer in Schland, and looked at the other 30 cars. With ALL, the axis was out of the middle. They don't want to or can't do it better, whether in RSA or the USA. If you then come to the limit of admissibility because you want to drive track plates or lower ET, that is a problem for Ford ... That is the O-ton from Cologne ..."
Aunt G. gets better and better, but what I said was that its NOT a problem for ford. Means they dont care as long as the tires are under the flare in standard setup... so the axle could be more than 25mm out the center with standard 265/18 tire.

Just a update. I was this weekend on the lifter again and measured some points. Axis mounts to brake discs, suspension mounts to frame, frame to bed. All numbers are good, just the bed to frame is little bit off.
As long the truck is off the springs, the axle is proper aligned, as soon as the springs are under tension, it moved to the right. After my opinion, one of the springs is twisted. Next time on the lifter I will swap it left/right.
I aligned the u-bolts as well and torqued it clock wise, now it looks more even.

The u-bolts look way better now that you re-torqued them.

This axle offset is normal. I had a 2020 Tundra - Same thing and same issue on Tundras.com. I have it on my 2020 Ranger XLT as well. Right tire sticks out farther. I’ve been a certified technician for years. I checked my Tundra out. Nothing out wack. I have checked my Ranger out. Nothing out of wack. But, the axle is offset to the right. The only thing I can try to think is they offset it to the right to get the drive shaft away from the fuel tank some what.
Take a look at other trucks in parking lots. GM, Ram, Toyota, are all offset to the right.
