Great pics of your FitzStick install.

Is that red loctite on the cap threads? Or just tranny fluid?

That's tranny fluid. It'd be a nightmare if it was loctite.

Decided to finally go with traditional gauges for boost, volt and compressor pressure. Got the desired color for night lighting. Waiting for the other 2 gauges. Frees up my NGauge for ambient temp. The tap I used for the boost/vacuum is super easy with this little fitting: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BPXFYX5S?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Easiest place was at the brake booster line/valve.

Just waiting on some pneumatic line and fittings to finish connecting the air pressure gauge and it's done.

It took 5 months but it's finally here. Last part. Install should happen next weekend.

So, install didn't happen. Might be next week. In the meantime, got this guy in. Decided wrinkle paint was more OEM looking so I sprayed it last night and dried it in an hour with my infrared heater. Not 100% exact fitment but I was able to get everything close enough to tighten down and shouldn't rub or bind any of the lines. The bypass hose ends up a bit short and stretched but it should live. Also decided to clean up the inside of the pipe of obstructions.

What are you doing with your diff? Changing ratio?

You heard it here first. It's done! He forgot to take pictures of the front while it was apart. Going from 3.73 to 4.46 gears made a huge difference. All the high gear lugging is gone. In fact the instant MPG's shows higher like I expected. Cruises at 70 mph so much easier than it did at 55 mph with the stock gears. I'll record it on the next full tank. Side note is said that all open diffs have welded ring gears. As shown in the pictures it turns out the front on mine were bolt on after all. Could have saved a good chunk of money had I known that. I can only say that's what mine came with. Your mileage may vary. Since this is now confirmed that you can swap the gears listed for the Bronco M190, a dana engineer told me you can run any of the stock bronco gears, you should be able to run up to 4.46's in the M190 before you need a different differential case like the M210. 4.27 and 4.46 are the ratios available above 3.73. Haven't looked at any other ratios.
