Is that snow? barely a dusting.
In the Owens Valley, we don't get as much as Mammoth (40 minutes north). They've been pounded this year. The last season total I saw was 45 feet this winter.

They get 395 open yet?
It is open right now, but I'm sure that will change with the storm coming through this weekend.

EDIT: 395 is only open as far north as Mammoth. Mammoth to Bridgeport is still closed due to avalanche cleanup. It is also closed from Sonora Junction to Walker.

When I tell people that AZ get an average of 9' of snow/year they think I'm crazy. But everyone forgets about the high country up in Flagstaff. Luckily this is the only snow I've seen in 8 years now. ?

Hi Phil, that’s right where we live. Doney Park. Couple miles away from that park. Really nice in the summer. Winter obviously is hit or miss water wise, always cold.
Hi Jeff,

Stop by if you are so inclined....Mid May until end of September. Site 11. White Alfa with Red, Blue stripes with stars on white motorhome. Should also see Tito's pen... Stop and register with the office is the best way but many folks just drive in to the park.

Best,
Phil

Second time in 18 years we awakened to a dusting of the White Stuff this morning. Pretty much gone by noon today but the mountains in our view are still snow capped.

Snow on the Toothless Sota and Texas Ranger in the background. Yep...Snow on the Ranger, plant that is.....

Best,
Phil
