Really? I haven’t verified that. I guess I could go take a peek at the front hubs. I had a conversation with one of the tech guys at ReadyLift about this. Specifically comparing this to the Colorado which requires dropping the whole diff because of the poor angles on the CV Shafts versus the Ranger which didn’t give them issues.
There is 4 1/2” of droop travel at ride height. That’s why I designed a 3” spacer lift. There is no bind in the cv axles at fool droop with the 3” spacer. You will see 3.5” kits but that requires a aftermarket upper arm because it will contact the coil bucket with the longer shocks.

Thanks for the pics. It still appears to have enough articulation to meet my needs and you seem to have cleared up any mystery regarding the front hubs as well. Those cv shafts definitely spin full-time.

Rough Country 2.5 level with BFG K02 275/70 R17 on the stock wheels. No rubbing and drives great.

So no scrubbing issues on the upper arm at all or on sharp turns against the crash posts?

ReadyLift’s kits are almost available. If you search “Ranger” on their site it now shows up but they’re showing “out of stock.”

I know, 4WP is having a good sale this weekend and I would save $200 off the Icon stage 2 ($200 off $2000+ purchase), which they already sell for $120 less than MSRP. I'm REALLY tempted to go in and order it.

With a set of these OME BP51s (max. 3"-lift, I believe) and a pair of aftermarket (Icon?) UCAs, you'd be ready to run the deserts like the Aussies do.

OME already supplies these for ROW Rangers, so it'd just be a matter of time before these become available state-side.
