I just got my ford CSP ultimate also on my 2019 lariat for 3 yrs for 44.99/month. I figured it’s worth it with the tranny issues etc. one trip to the dealer for any kind of repair for anything and it will easily more than pay for itself.
Robert, where did you find that? I have a 2019 Lariat too (just purchased it) and think coverage is worth getting.

My 2020 Ranger XLT reached 59.4K today and I purchased the Ford CSP Ultimate plan at $55 bucks a month with a $250 deductable, for 3 years. I'm thinking I did good but what do you think?
.
How many miles? If you have transmission issues, hopefully it will be in the next three years.

They reached out to me with a deadline to apply. (5 yrs since I had bought it.)
My 2019 is low mileage (16,000)
I suspect every contract they write is different based on mileage, plan options and perhaps current warranty status.
good luck!

I bought my extended warranty on my 2023 XLT when I had 3,600 miles on it from Granger and I have to say I have never purchased any type extended warranty for any of my truck's.

At my age and health I can not crawl around or do not know about all the electronics' in these new trucks so to me money well spent.

I'm just an old man and only know the older ICE engines and way of fixing.

If you don't pick up trannies you don't have issues ??? sorry, it was there I had to. No offense intended.

Holy smokes 16k miles! And here i thought 35k on mine was low, great job!

When i retired (had a take home car) my Ranger was 3 yr old with 14k. My F150 i had 5 years and traded it with about 14k miles.

COVID got in the way of long road trips plus anywhere I need to go around here is 10 miles or less

Has anyone had any experience using their CSP (note that ESP is a different product)? I regret not purchasing ESP while my truck was still eligible.

*UPDATE*

After doing more research, I found out that you can purchase ESP even after your warranty is expired. They just require an inspection be done at a Ford dealer. It's basically the same inspection they perform to CPO used vehicles and costs between $100-$250. Any issues found must be remediated. If you're still within 3/36 no inspection is required. If you're still within 5/60, an inspection is not required for the PowertrainCare, but it is required for any of the higher tier ESPs.

The Used ESP plans start at the contract date and current mileage (not the original purchase date and mileage). I was able to purchase a 60mo 48K PremiumCare plan, which is basically the same as a 10 year 79K bumper to bumper. Normally I am not a fan of extended warranties, but this warranty will more than pay for itself when my 10R80 craps out.

Hopefully this helps someone.
