Making lemonade today...prepped the rear half and applied two coats of high temp satin black...the 48" SS 3" pipe and connectors arrive tomorrow ready to bypass the rotten MBRP muffler that was donated to the landfill yesterday...

But of course! You sound surprised lol... Right now, all I have is a self deleted muffler with exhaust coming out under the cab...I plan on replacing it with a straight pipe to the tailpipe out behind the rear tire...

I've done the dragon annually for over 10 years in a different life.... and met 18 wheelers taking both lanes on sharp blind curves. This was way back when the speed limit was 55 mph....before all the crashes and the police crackdowns. You ought to drive it at late night early morning....as in 2am-3am!

I used to run the Dragon in my crazy modded Mini Cooper S...and I've been back there with the Ranger too...you remind me that since my banning long ago, the mod's still have me blocked from the "off topic" thread...I wish they'd let me back in there...

I've never painted exhaust parts, what kind of prep did you have to do and paint/primer brand?

I didn't go crazy...just scrubbed it good with soapy water and brush...rinsed it off and let it dry in the sun...then rattle can Krylon high heat black two coats...thats it...

Chillin in the cave while the lights are checked...all good...the straight pipe exhaust sound nice idling...

If you play both videos at the same time, it sounds like an awesome Twin Turbo 4.6 V8...try it... ?
