Okay, so the interior has ups and downs but overall i was impressed. In the back the rear headrest folds down out of the way easily just a button on the side. I noticed when you looked behind you they where bellow the rear window line, which was nice to see. The sub is behind the rear back rest, which folds down easily and you access the Jack and sound equipment. In the front the rearview mirror has a good range of movement. Depending on the size of the camera one choses to use it may or may not impede your forward vision. The panel for the fuses was behind the whole lower face panel. I wasn't able to remove it due to size. I assume the production will have a panel door, but this truck didn't.
I am 6 ft and my girlfriend is 5ft and both of us had a good amount of space with the seats in every possible position. We spent 15 mins playing with seat position. My conclusion is that four 6ft4 people could fit comfortably in. And I think a person 6ft6 like my uncle could fit comfortably in the front. Materials were good I didn't see anything that gave me a big issue. But I could do without the gloss surface in the cab. I'm building an overland truck and that gloss is going to get messed up.

In the front wheel well it measures 2 1/2 inches from the edges of wheels to the frame hard points in the pictures.

There is a rockguard paint used on the lowest sections of all the body which is great to see.

This is the rear power supply lead for 12v its just behind the rear driver wheel.

Spare tire area, I think you could get a 33 in there but it would be tight.

See if you can find the factory sub and see what size it is, a close up of the fender vents to see if they are open to the engine bay, and if there is enough room to fit a 33” tire where the spare sits.

Thanks!
So forgot measure the sub sorry, the fender vents on the truck I saw didn't have bay access, It would need work to get bay access. I think a 33 Wil fit, tight but fit. I think it will take a 2 inch lift to effectively use 33 with out having some issues, but I'm lifting mine a bit so I'm not concerned about fit.

At least we will know where to look for the connection for future add-on.

Thank you for the photos and in-depth review. I like that the rear headrests fold flat.

It also looks like the rearview mirror mounts directly on the camera housing, and not the windshield. That will leave a big enough gap to discretely put a dash cam that doesn’t interfere with the visibility of the driver.

Yes I'm sorry I forgot to tell you that, I plan on both a front and rear camera, and there is enough space to run a wire up the a Pilar through the headliner and to the rearview housing.

Me too. I was thinking of a Blackvue 900.

A note on build quality, this vehicle was built pretty early (I was told it was one of thefirst Canadian edition trucks ,Metric gauges and what not). I looked really hard for major fit issues and quality issues, out side of some obvious parts that hadn't been made yet ,like the fuse door on the panel below the drivers coloum. It appeared really well put together, there weren't big gaps, no parts seemed loose or clunky, it really did seem pre production. I have a good feeling about the first run of rangers if the vehicle I saw today is a good example.

I haven't put thought in to which one to get yet. Is that one you suggest checking out?
It’s very expensive ($516 US with a 32 GB storage), but it has 4K front recording and 1080p rear recording. You can also buy a battery that will allow it to run 24 hours after the truck is turned off.

The picture showing the driver (you) sitting behind the steering wheel has me worried. The right knee room looks awfully tight.
My foot is not on the pedal its under my left calve so that makes that look weird, I was taking the pic for (elbow on armrest to shifter) I'm six feet and with my feet in the right position there is a comfortable amount of room.
