I think since he was banned his member name won't come up when you search for it. Here's a link to his build journal.

I think everyone knows my answer which is YES he should be back! But like Phil said in a different thread it's the Admins site and his rules. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do and we've tried.

If it's someone's first offence then probably a short ban would be fine. If they break the rules again if should they shouldn't come back.
