I have 15 or so left. But covid rates were so low I went with a 78 month loan at 2.25%. Figured why not.

Fantastic rate. In that case it makes sense not to take from money making 4% or so interest.

Best deal find good outside financing then you can take the dealers rebate also. Ford was offering $2000 rebate, so I took that ,and used a Pentagon Federal Credit Union 100% loan @ .9% for 60 months. Just made last payment today. In the end with the deal I made, my final total OTD cost including interest, taxes and registration was below MSRP.

Selling the house after 35 years is pretty good also. Feel sorry for people that rent their whole lives. I rented for 10 years before buying probably paid 1/3 of someone’s mortgage not a smart idea.

You can't purchase them.

There's getting to be so many of this type development that it will soon be the most common type.

I don't remember any fees when I paid off my 5G. Made the last payment, got the title in the mail. Didn't have to do anything.

I think he’s saying his title had someone else’s name on it in additon to his so the fee came from changing it. Not the title or payoff statement itself.
