Order does not show in my account

Hello, I ordered a Ranger a couple weeks ago. I have an account with Ford with the email I used for placing the order at a dealership. I received an email from Ford confirming my order shortly after.

Am I supposed be able to see the order under my Ford account? It is not there and I'm a bit concerned. Thanks.

I don't see mine either, so you are not alone. I have verified with a call to Ford the order is in their system.

FYI, I do have a F-150 Lightning reservation that does show -- which I will be cancelling as soon as my Ranger goes to a build.

It should show up in your account manager under the link you received from Ford. My Bronco order looks like the one below but I can't remember how long it took to show up once I placed the reservation/order. I'd call to confirm and as long as it's in their system I would just wait as it'll pop up soon.

I have the paper I signed with my order but I don't actually see the order number. When you called Ford, they just asked your name and such? I should call too. I ordered late on 4/23 and modified the color on 4/27. I'm really close to the order cutoff (4/29) for the retail so I'm quite worried.

I'd call Ford (not the dealer) just for the peace of mind knowing it's all set.

Just called. It is still in processing. The lady on the phone said it will show up in the Ford Pass account once I receive a VIN number. I think I will join the group therapy session in the support for those on order for 2022 Ranger.
