Our ford dealer has you go online to schedule service. When I tried, I kept getting messages of "No maintenance package available" and "Please enter valid mileage"

I had to lie about my mileage to get an oil change. I just hit 3400 this week.

I went online at my dealer yesterday to try to schedule an appt for today to get an oil change and there was nothing available. I picked up the phone and called them and they said, “sure, can you bring it it at 1pm?”
