They don't or they couldn't sell you a $60k truck to replace it.
I've got a backup plan to avoid that $60K trap. I completely rebuilt my 2005 4x4 SCab Ranger from the ground up for $10K just before purchasing the 2020... just in case! It has proven to be a great investment.

I just recently put a 1 inch Eibach block in the rear with a 2° shim and have been having a horrible driveshaft vibration over 65mph. I had it before and after the shim install. Will switching to the tom woods driveshaft help with this?

The one in my truck fixed all the vibrating ford engineered in!
If you try it and it doesn't work, Tom woods will refund your purchase.
Yes they will and did with no issues...

All things being equal the Tom Woods one piece driveshaft will be smoother than any 2 piece equivalent.

The catch is that the geometry must be near perfect. The U joint angle at the top of the driveshaft must be the same as the U Joint angle at the bottom of the driveshaft. The closer to 0 degrees the better. The larger the difference the greater the vibration.

I believe that Ford allows for up to a 5% difference, but 3% is as far out as I will allow.

My 2020 had severe vibration over 65 mph. The Tom Woods driveshaft eliminated it completely, as well as the mild shudder from 0-25mph.

Raising or lowering the differential, and adding shims will changed the rear angle.

Buy a Klein Digital Electronic Level and Angle Gauge to determine the difference between the two angles, then if necessary, correct. They are only $33, and it will eliminate the guess work. It got a magnetic edge that aids in getting a correct measurement. Both ends should have the same angle.

This is what I used to determine if the angle was within tolerance.
