I do belive Ford just painted the Bronco Outer Bank wheels black, and called it a day.

Looks like it. Take rate on the OB was probably much lower than they expected. Probably have a bunch of those wheels on order and need something to put 'em on.

They're not so bad. I like the machined face. If they were painted Magnetic instead of black I'd trade you my Sport trim wheels in 2 years when you get your Bronco.

I'm a sucker for orange and black but I'd still rather have my Rapid Red Tremor for the suspension alone. I think I'm in the minority that thinks it looks really good. I haven't seen the interor pictures posted yet so here there are.

They should have made the gauges orange too.

Just like in Star Trek maybe you could stop the Doomsday machine by driving the Toyota into it!

Seriously though I actually like the orange, that colour is available here, but only on the XL or XLS base model. If you move up it seems to be assumed that you will want metallic, unless you go for white.

And LOOK an FX4 with a black valance and skid plate! Now there's an idea! ?

They did use a gloss valance and black skid plate on the Black Appearance Package for the rangers, love the look.

Yeah on a thread discussing painting the silver valance and skid plate black someone claimed that only the lower end models came this way and that painting ours would make people think we had a lower end model.. I don't know disguised as an XLT or Lariat Fx4 for better resale!? silly as your VIN verifies what model. But anyway...

I like the look of the black on the silver trucks, gives it more of a contrasted look rathern than being all silver, I've always loved the Iconic Silver color, but to have chrome and that color is almost too much.

yeah, its a very light silver but I love it, keeps the mud from showing, and doesnt show swirls as much so keeps me from whipping out the buffer every 2 weeks. Though I've always been a fan of Oxford White, my last ranger (04) was oxford and she always looked clean.
