Also looking into it, can't find much. I did find a Ranger in the RC gallery that has a roof mounted light bar and LOVE the look, want to eventually swap over to their front bumper as it seems to be a great deal for what you get vs others like ADD.
Here's the truck I found for reference:
Should work, I was going to keep the original black appearance wheels that came on my XLT and was going to throw 2" spacers on it, I don't think .5" will make that much of a difference, what meat you plan on putting on?
Should work.
The stock offset is -55, so if you're fitting those I'd go w/ a set of 2.5" spacers. I get about 1.5" if clearance once I cut the crash bars so definitely something to think about. Haven't had any rubbing issues and I've gone a lot of places with er.
A 2" leveling kit will more than likely fit a set of 33's I threw a 3" lift in mine and I can almost fit a set of 35's on it.
My profile pic is the 3" rough country lift/level and a set of 33" terra hunter R/T's on 18's w/ a -20 offset.
Update: the sound is INCREDIBLE after enabling the line level out and the factory EQ disable, but now all of my door chimes are loud as hell, any suggestions?
Do you happen to have the thread link by chance? I managed to get the sub to where I'd like it, but I know more oomph can be pushed from the stereo side of things and I know Ford's systems are my cap right now.
Love the tent set-up, Probably one of the few people I've seen that puts the ladder to the back instead of the sides, makes more sense to me as it gives you more "roof" for food prep and everything, love the set-up. what RRT is that? how much did ya pay?
Looks like I'm part of the mall crawler gang with ya, to be honest I love the look of my truck, I have 18's wrapped in 33's though, I like more rubber than rim for my tires. Looking at getting some more mods done, running boards and duel rear cat exhaust is next on my list. Maybe a prinsu? not...
Like a dream, removed the pumped-in audio and tuned the gain with a multimeter. Man how much a sub changes things. Fits under the seat perfectly, Love how it's turning out!
*EDIT*
Figured it out, my mistake.
Crossed the wires on the driver-side rear speakers going into the amp.
in the end I'm going from -++- to +-+-, reverse polarity screwed me!
My own fault, the joys of wiring without a test light, now to get rid of the fake engine sound because that is...
Level is turned all the way up, and so is bass boost, without either the sub barely moves. I'm going to check and make sure I didn't wire the speaker-in connections backwards by accident, may be just a phasing issue as well. Any other ideas by chance?
Hey All!
Quick question for those of you that have installed an aftermarket sub and amp.
Recently purchased and installed:
- Hertz HCP1D
- Rockford Fosgate Punch P1 10" 4 ohm SVC
- power & ground wires are 4 AWG w/ 60A in-line fuse on power
I haven't done anything to the factory stereo, and...

No doubt, I'd prefer not to drill holes but I might get the Rhino Rack system later on so that will be a cringe moment for sure. I might just end up mounting the light bar to the bumper and end up just fabricating a little bumper mount for it.
I do plan on contacting them, after looking at a question that someone had posted about the compatibility on their website, they said they don't have a bracket for the NA rangers, but it seemed odd because they are an American brand.
I've seen a few accessories for the T6 (2015-2018) Offshore Ford Rangers that I'm interested in, but I cannot tell if the parts would fit our NA rangers.
Anyone install parts that are listed as a T6 part?
Specifically looking at this zroads light bar kit for my truck, but it's described to...
