Love the Apple car play! Went from a F350 Diesel to a ranger, love that it still feels like a truck although a much smaller one :)
The one thing I might love the most is the adaptive cruise control! Everyone who sees my new Ranger says the same thing "wow! That is a Ranger?" :)

Last summer I kept seeing the phrase 'I love this truck' on this forum. In the fall I bought one. Guess what? I love this truck! Sorry, that's not an obscure little thing is it? Ok, here's one. I hit 22mpg for the first time today.

You gotta admit, the truck is a looker...modern and masculine. :muscle:

I like that when you remote start it, only the parking lights come on, not the full headlights like some other vehicles. I don't like getting blinded by the headlights of idling vehicles while walking/driving through a parking lot, so this is a big plus for me!

You can load cd's from your computer using Windows Media player. Just download what you want to your hard drive, then copy to Media player and then sync to a plugged in USB. After you're done, delete the music from your hard drive if you don't want all that cluttering your hard drive. Sync pulls up the album or song onto the 8" LCD screen with a picture, song title and artist. You can use the steering wheel controls to move through the songs or use the touch screen to browse your USB. Best thing for music buffs since "sliced bread".
I feels so young reading this... People still use CDs? I just plug in my phone and use Youtube Music or Google play.

Hi Mike,

N
Going to try this, but can't use it in the garage as I would likely rip the right mirror off the truck backing out of the garage. :(

I hear what you say, Phil. In my case, I leave the mirrors out as I enter the garage to verify my centering in the space, but then I move a little left to allow more room for walking between the truck and a nearby refrigerator and to eliminate banging either the truck or refrig doors into each other. I then fold in the mirrors to remove that obstacle to walking around other items in the garage. I don’t extend the mirrors until I clear the garage when exiting.

Hi Bob,

I have to have clearance between the truck and the MKX in order to get the recycle bin out as it is huge in comparison to the garbage bin...We recycle much of what we discard and the bin is closed to 65 gallons....Way too many Pacifico Beer bottles and Jack Daniels bottles i guess ;)

SIRI feature - Little feature I just found out - If your iPhone is connected via BT and you hold down the down the voice control button on the steering wheel it will activate Siri on your phone.

Yep it works great. I like to use it to ask weather forecasts and that sort of thing while driving.
