Injectors can be installed by them self no other parts needed unless you want to run full E85

What's the price tag on that project ?
And what do you expect to gain from it ?
....I'm assuming you've got a tune, CAI, spark plugs, intercooler, charge pipes, and exhaust.

Injectors cost 1000 to my door and should let me crank up the boost safely, I am so close to my goal for the truck it was my logical next step

This looks like a manifold spacer threaded for injectors - the upshot is you might get some 'washing' of the valves to keep deposits off. The most complicated thing might be integrating the injectors into the factory fuel control. Calibrating the new injectors with direct injection is going to be (in my view) difficult.

Am I reading the injectors themselves are replacement for the DI units? That has the simplest potential along with the fuel pump swap.

I am in search of 450 crank hp, the intake spacer is for an upcoming direct port methanol setup to help with cooling the intake charge and cleaning the valves

Injectors are direct replacement for the DI units, and I need to run a 12.8 or better in the 1/4 mile to outrun my co-worker in his ford lightning lol
