Hi all!

New Ranger owner as of 2 weeks ago. Just relocated to the big city from the country and quickly got tired of trying to navigate an F-150 (2011 XLT - 4WD - Access Cab w/ 6.5' bed) through cramped alleys and city streets. So went and picked up a new Ranger!

It's an XLT 4WD "Sport" crew cab in cyber orange, and I'm already loving it.

The plan is to turn it into a "light-duty overlander" for doing dispersed camping in the national forests up in the North Woods with a kayak or two strapped to the (future) bed rack. I've already loved reading through all the forums here, and already have a Forscan USB reader on order, as well as a new 4WD shifter with the "Terrain Management" button (that I learned about from reading here). Look forward to hanging out here!

Welcome aboard! Have any of you ever been to Bemis Hill Trails? I'm going through the MN DNR Off-road book and it marks it as open to ORVs. Is it something our trucks will fit through or is it too tight? Worth the trip? Am I going to tick off the ATV crowd by using their trail?
