Hello everyone! Figured I’d join and read up on the new rangers as I plan to get one when I get back to the states. Currently living in the Virgin Islands fixing up a sail boat which will be for sale next month ?.

Previous builds I’ve done were a long travel ranger that was gutted and caged. Long travel 4x4 tacoma, a couple lifted Tacoma’s, and currently have a 7.3 powerstroke camper van I built with my dad, which is waiting for the front axle to go in to finish the 4x4 swap which I’ll hold on to along with a 4x4 ranger.

Likely going to pick up an XL as I’ll be replacing the whole stereo for a full active 2way + sub setup similar to what’s in my van. And replace the full suspension with an icon coilover setup and hoping that the leaf springs are released by the time I get back state side.
Bouncing between Texas and Colorado hoping to secure a job back in Colorado around the Buena Vista area where I can hit up my favorite trails around that area again.

all of y’all have some pretty damn nice builds going on for sure.

Hi all,

Been lurking the forums for a couple of months now while deciding on a Ranger.
I already fear for my wallet with the inevitable additions...

This week we found a truck that matched the features we were looking for, and took the plunge. Eventually I'll be able to stop staring at it right?

I don't know - I've had mine just shy of 18 months and I still stare at it. :)

Oh my, that sounds way better than any aftermarket exhaust available for the new Rangers.
What’s under the hood?

Ed here from Illinois. 2020 Lariat FX4 with 18 inch stock Hankooks, picked up in early September. First time Ford owner and I am really loving this truck. Only dealer mods done so far, perf. exhaust, bed cover, tailgate damper, bed liner. Looking at possibly doing the Roush level 1 performance upgrade to get the boost. I'm using only premium gas already.

Hi Ed,

I hope your Ranger delivers to your expectations. These forums members are very helpful and informative. I see that the Ranger has already dipped into your wallet...Beware that your wallet is at risk for more Mods....

Hello All,

Billy here, from Australia. I'm currently awaiting delivery of my Arctic White 2020.75 Ranger Raptor, I should have it next week. The excitement levels are off the scale (obviously), and can't wait to share with you guys and gals here the 'forbidden fruit'.

We also have a 2013 XLT 3.2 (turbo diesel, 6R80 auto transmission) 4x4 supercab, in metro grey (I think, can't recall exactly and they don't do the colour anymore). It has around 140,000km on the clock and has been a dependable and comfortable cruiser, plus it is my father's daily driver.

Found this place through link at Bronco6g forums. Trying to decide on whether it’s a new Bronco or another pickup to replace my 210k Fronty.
Welcome! Peruse the forum and feel free to ask questions. There's plenty of info and knowledgeable people on here. Including some threads regarding Bronco vs. Ranger.

My personal thoughts on Bronco vs. Ranger:
The Bronco is great and will likely be a good all-around SUV. But as much as I want one, I just won't be able to give up the utility of having a bed. So in the end I think that's really the big difference. Whether you want/need the bed space.

Good luck with your decision!
