New member Phil. Loving my "21 STX 4x4 Scab. Said I didn't want to do anything but so far I've done Weathertech floormats, the glow in the dark ignition ring, rear letter decals have arrived from Eyecatcher and I put the front grille in from Mountains2Metal. Next is a Line-X bedliner and probably a tonneau. Then in a few months it's wheels, tires and maybe a level kit, though I don't have the skills to do that myself. Can't believe how naive I was lol.

Checking in. Hello all. My name is Mark and my moniker is "rcairflr". Bought my 2020 Ford Ranger XLT in December. It now has about 4000 care free miles.
Moved to the Ford Ranger after totalling my 2014 Ram 1500 hitting a deer at 65 MPH.
Very happy with the Ranger and the smaller vehicle fits me better.
Yay, another KS owner! Where in KS?

Hello Ken here from Derby NY. I have a new used 2019 Ranger Lariat. It has 10k miles on it so it is fairly new. So far I love it. It came with the black appearance package and all the other goodies a Lariat has. My sister has the new Lariat F150 which is great but out of my price range. The Ranger is big enough for me so I went with that. Great to be here !!

Hi All, JP from British Columbia. Ordered my '21 XLT, FX4, SuperCab back in November. It arrived the end of January, then, after waiting like a kid waits for Christmas, my ARE topper finally arrived 2 weeks ago. Just got back from my first off-road camping trip (4 days) in the BC mountains and I tell ya, I love the Ranger even more on the back roads than in the city -- and I love it in the city!

Started reading this forum right away, and quickly saw the value in ForScan, so I bought the cable and so far I have changed the panic button to double press, and turned off the fake engine noise. Taking it slow on changes, but there are other options I'm thinking of.

Today I had my Solid Fold 2.0 bed cover installed.

I also ordered a wireless keypad for easy unlocking when we go camping in a few weeks.

Looking forward to more customization and enjoying reading all about my Ranger here. I've owned a couple of other rangers in years past, then an Explorer Sport Trac for 13 years. For the last 5 years, I've driven Silverados but was offered a nice trade in on that, and went for the new vehicle over the 5 yo 88k one.

Hey, everyone! We bought our new XL SuperCab two months ago and love it! After some extensive research, the Ranger was the obvious choice for our needs:

1. Under $30k (We got ours for under $25k before add-ons)
2. MPG that isn't catastrophic (I'm getting 23 in combined driving)
3. Can pull a 22' solid body travel trailer
4. A 6' bed for those IKEA trips :)

The Ranger is a slam dunk. Towing feels like I'm driving a half-ton. I was skeptical about that 7500 lb rating on a truck with a 2.3L turbo, but it absolutely delivers. I'm towing roughly 5500 lbs, and it charges up steep hills like a boss. No sweat. And as a daily commuter, it's fantastic. Small enough for easy city parking, and I've had 2000s-era midsize cars that use more gas than this does.

I'm kind of a no-frills, get-the-job-done guy, so I usually go with the low trim unless there's something I really, really want in a higher one. I'd be all paranoid and uptight about scratches and dents if this were a $38k truck :) . Also, love those vinyl seats and plastic floor. So easy to clean.

Add-ons: Spray-in bedliner, tri-fold hard tonneau, trailer break control (obviously). I bought the tailgate damper, but I haven't gotten around to installing it.

Hello! Hubs and I picked up this ‘21 XLT Tremor with 301A, tech and trailer tow package, and remote start this past weekend.

We had previously ordered a Badlands with Badlands package Bronco Sport back in March and after initially getting a build date of 5/17, it has been delayed five times with a current tentative date of 8/16 and we don’t want to wait that long (if it’s even built then and not delayed again).

The BS was going to be our secondary/fun vehicle (I have a 2017 F-150 and my husband primarily uses rentals for work), so moving on from that order meant looking for something that is smaller than the F-150 (for day trips to places with tight parking/streets), gets better gas mileage than the F-150, and looks good and is fun to drive.

The Ranger checks all of those boxes for us and while other dealers are marking up their vehicles, our dealer gave us $700 off MSRP, plus we got $3250 in rebates, a great price for our trade-in, and 0% financing.

We will revisit the Bronco (either Sport or full size) in a few years when the production problems/delays are worked out and this truck is paid off, but in the meantime, we’re going to enjoy the hell out of it.

Already have appointments for tinting, spray-in bedliner, and bed cover, and will probably remove the running boards as we’ve both scraped our ankles and bruised our shins on the side steps.

Thanks for the add and looking forward to learning more about the truck!
