I'm new member, but have been lurking and reading for a long time. :bandit:
I have a 2021 XLT Velocity Blue Tremor bought new in Nov 2021. Previous to this, I had a 2008 Toyota Tacoma TRD Prerunner for 13 years and a 1999 Ranger 4x4 prior to that. I found this forum shortly after I bought my current Ranger and have been reading since. I recently retired and now have lots of time to read and write here.

Overall it's been a good truck. It has had some (mostly factory QC) issues.
The bed is misaligned, tailgate was misaligned and had a busted brake light due to tailgate hitting it. Dealership did fix the brake light before I took possession of the truck. Tailgate was mostly realigned, but the bed remains slightly askew.
Body panels are thin and have a lot of road noise.
The truck was filthy inside and outside upon delivery and after dealership kept it for an addtional 1/2 a day to detail it while I waited (dealership issue, not truck issue).
Clunky transmission that has mostly smoothed out, however; some days the wicked witch wakes up and takes possession.
The rear seat storage area is terribly lacking.
Tremor bed decal is slightly uneven on one side.

Better MPG than Tacoma had.
Engine has felt powerful and responsive.
More comfortable seats.

Added:
AVS bug deflector II
window tint
battery maintainer due to driving a lot less now
front row seat covers - not a fan of vinyl
Gator hard folding bed cover
bedrug
smaller antenna

Not planning on adding:
damper

No damper!? Wth! Old retired guys need it more than anyone.
Well, hopefully you gain other wisdom here though you aren't starting off very well.
May you not find the Ranger too high, nor fuel in your oil. Enjoy!

welcome Tim I hope you like the truck, mine has been pretty good so far. I know what you mean about the thin sounding metal, it sounds like you are closing a pop can but generally no complaints that haven't been taken care of by Ford.

Welcome to the club.
As for the bed, it being lower on the driver's side is normal, not good but normal for Rangers. Clunky transmission should get better with more driving.

I’ve gotten my drive mode smooth out perfectly, so lately I’ve been driving in sport and tow all the time trying to smooth those modes out as well ?
Probably doesn’t work like that at all but whatever

I always drive in tow mode, better shift pattern that way.
