Trying to add a record in the service history and there is no ADD icon.Anybody no of this glitch?Will the icon appear later as the app updates over time?Also cant find my ESP warr. information.The old app had all this.

The short story is that they have removed the add a new record feature. You now see the old records under Reference. This bums me out as well.

It annoys me when useful features are removed - I just added an entry less than a month ago.

I was having issues with it also. Especially the current location of my Ranger. Sometimes remote start would not activate etc… it has bugs obviously!

I wish they would leave shit alone that worked, I never in the last year had a problem with fordpass, it just worked, now I have kind of been locked out, I cant even have it reset password, it says it dont know that email address, so I have been without fordpass for almost a month now since the update

Try the latest update - IOS vs 5.0.1, they just released it, it addressed some bugs

This new app version is just awful. I hate it. They removed the tab which had my Ford Premium Care Extended Warranty information. Why? Cannot understand why Ford found it necessary to fix something that wasn’t broken.

I asked a FordPass product manager that question over in the FordPass forum and got a response but not an answer. If you contact FordPass they will tell you to look at your warranty info on Ford.com. Unfortunately, it isn’t there either.

I also asked what was their thinking to remove so many useful features and bring us back to a beta level/version 1.0 type of app and they dodged that as well.

All I really got back was they are sorry for any issues and there will be frequent updates coming for the app. I’ll believe that when I see it. Though one thing they did say about the refresh vehicle data function is that it will probably not be coming back as we knew it and that if you send a command to the vehicle such as lock or unlock, it should wake up the vehicle and update the data. I have not tried that yet. Luckily for me, I had so many issues when the new version was in beta that I only updated to 5.0 on my iPad and have not updated on my iPhone. So, I am still on the old version there with all my functions intact, at least until they decide to block older versions.

So this may be the wrong thread but i recently updated my phone and apps. Ford pass has changed. seems the things i liked about it are now gone no more tire pressure, fuel level, miles, etc... So, is it possible to get those things back? is it pay to play now? Im so annoyed with ford. If they were not such a bunch of taints the 5g ranger would be my favorite truck out of my life so far.
