Sorry to hear/see the damage. Hail really scares me, damage that is hard /impossible /expensive to repair if you can repair it.

Truck is in for hail damage repair. They were pretty sure I'll need a hood replacement on top of the rest of the dents repaired. They estimated about 2 weeks on turnaround time.

Was planning on a weekend camping trip this weekend but guess it wasn't in the cards.

Insurance was a pain, shop should finish up repairs by the end of this week. 14k in damage, and a month without the truck.

OP, that is a costly repair, but I hope they make it right for you.

Just got off the phone with the shop, everything is done except for replacing the hood. Unfortunately they are on backorder and currently 450 are on backorder right now, no idea where I am in line for it.

I'll get to go pick up the truck Thursday. That way I can at least drive it till the hood comes in.

Liked the look of the fender vents, super easy install. Gonna go hit a trail this weekend to celebrate having the truck back.
