This makes me glad I'm having a shop install the downpipe and the exhaust I got today. I didn't want to deal with removing the factory downpipe. I don't have a full day to dedicate to the install and I knew I was going to run into some issues.
Happy to hear it went well!
Just had my CVF Catted Downpipe and SPD Axel Dump cat-back offroad exhaust arrive over the weekend. Install is today, gonna have a local shop do it for me. I don't have any time to do it myself over the next couple months and they gave a nice quote.
Very nice i like those wheels, I just got the same tires in the same size to replace my factory grabbers. Overall I think they are an improvement over the grabbers.
I am running +1 offset wheels with a two inch level and only rubbed the crash bars a little on full lock. Ended up removing them...
I bought mine used. From my understanding according to the instructions it was supposed to come with a mount for the engine bay. Mine didn't so I luckily had a bracket from something else that allowed me to mount it behind my driver side light in the engine bay.
I just did this install. The control box is removed and installed in the engine bay which means you will need 4 2 awg cables with around 3 or 4 feet to run the cables from the winch up to the engine bay.
Yeah thats how mine started. Wife had her side cranked up to max heat. Was like that for a couple days was about to take it to the dealer then realized her side was set different. It was driving me crazy for a couple days, I finally set her side temp and it was mostly good. Once I set it back...
I have noticed that the auto works much better when the dual climate zones are paired instead of separate. Even when both zones are set to the same temp they push our air differently then when they are linked.
The autow ties into both signals, brakes, 12v, and a ground on my trailers junction box. The Ranger just connects to the trailer via the 7 way trailer plug.
Dang I actually never saw that disclaimer on it. I would have been hesitant if I saw that. So far though I have put about 750 miles on...
I use the Autowbrake module on my tear drop trailer. Super easy to hookup and has worked perfectly. I went this route because I have some family members who may borrow my trailer and they did not have a trailer brake system either in their SUV. Although it isn't required by law for the weight of...
I had a Bronco Sport before this and wasn't quite happy with it. I was strongly considering a Maverick. Ended up finding a Ranger Tremor that someone refused pick up on, and couldn't be happier.
Based on your pros and cons I think it was a good choice.
