Need Experienced Wheel Offset Opinion’s On A Picture Please.

Thank you for your help……. I am trying to 100% be sure of this call…….. this truck which I think looks great has a lot of pictures on this site. You can find it under “”The Silver Stallion””. This gentleman is saying the wheels that he has are 17x9 with a +1 offset…….. I’m trying to determine if he is also running a spacer or is that all wheel because it looks like a lot of tire is sticking out for all wheel and no spacer……. What say you? Thanks again.

I must have missed the option box for the "2.4L Ecoboost."
