Missing data on FordPass

Anything that can happen to Ford Pass will. I've seen all kinds of stuff. With skeleton work force now, it can only get worse.

Yes, both that and location have disappeared but come back sooner or later.
I have my journey on auto and stopped recording the 18th and only appeared last night but skipped the 19th thru the 21st and started on the 22nd; who knows; short of techs?
My phone is always on and with me too.

It can do that at times. Nothing to worry too much about. When it has happened to me it comes back after a few days. You can try logging out of the app and then back in again sometimes that clears the issue.

All there on mine. Definitely updated the app a couple of days ago so you may check to see if you have that pending. Agree with Rick’s point and resetting your phone may help as well.

I haven't seen tire pressures or location is 3 weeks. As long as my truck starts I guess I won't complain too much.

It was ages before my truck icon went from a grey outline to an actual colored version of my truck. Just checked the app this morning and it seems they updated it. Looks nicer.

If some of your data is missing in the app you can clear the cache and data from the app info in the settings area on your phone to restore it. You will have to log into the app with your credentials again.

The great thing is, it still says "do not use as a tire pressure gauge" next to the blank spot where the tire pressure would be. "OK! I won't, I promise!" I assume this will be fixed after the apocalypse.

Nothing lost. All records and info there.

Yes, you need account info so get that first.

On my FordPass app it says "Vehicle location is disabled". It further says that I need to enable something in my Ranger. Something about Sync Connect settings but I can't find anything like that. Is there something I need to do in my Ranger or am I seeing another quirk/failure of the FordPass app?
