My '19 has one but the '21 loaner the dealership gave me didn't. I thought they might want to charge me for it being missing, but after reading this thread, I guess it's normal.

I didn't get one in my 2021 xlt tremor either. I had one in my 2019 stx 4x4 it was junk anyways so I didn't mind not getting it.
