In lurking on the Bronco forum it seems like all that the Ford account does on forums is ask you for your VIN and then PM's you who your nearest dealer is so you can work it out with them. It doesn't seem like they really represent the company in any solid way. People seem to mock it on the Bronco forum because it is generally unhelpful. Just sayin'.

Years ago when I was active on the Focus ST forum it was the same way.

I sure hate that happened to you, Sid. Hopefully, you will get 300,000 miles out of this one. :)
Thanks Tracy...don't know if I'm having PTSD but every little odd behavior is giving me the cringe...maybe I didn't pay as much as attention with the original tranny but it felt much smoother (before self destructing) than the replacement...just got to remind myself there's a new warranty this time...we'll see...

That's not my experience.

They asked for the VIN and the dealer. Then I received PMs about the issue and the dealer's "don't bring it back we won't try to fix this again". After that, my wife received 2 calls from Ford customer service to resolve the issue and got alternative dealers to have the work performed. The dealer we then went to fixed the issue.

There’s a bronco sport forum? I didn’t know anyone who was actually interested in vehicles would buy one
its actually a nicer vehicle than the Ranger and why I'll look at the Gen 2 Mavericks when they are released

came with heated steering wheel and you don't need to be T-Rex to work the window controls
