Look at my Ranger parked next to stuff

Its a johndeere 310a. 1982 somewhere around there. Its a 4cyl. It was running last February. Then just sat there. Cleaned all the lines with compressed air, rebuilt injectoe pump. Running gas from a gas can because the gas tank is in serious need of cleaning. But just trying to get it to turn on. I can see the inside of the pump moving when i take off the top cover of injector. Thinking the chain for the drive was not working but it turns. Get gas out of the line for the inlet for the unjector pump. Just no gas to the injectors. Not even at the pumps outlet. For the injectors. Im lost. Is the key off? Even though the engine cranks? Do i need to check wiring. New Solenoid? It seems to work. I can here it. But mostly everything mechanical. Even if ignition was off, the mechanucal pumps, both of em, would pump gas.

was the rebuild after sitting? double check power to solenoid And continuity through it? open up the top and check the movement of the solenoid? do you get gas out of the return line back to the tank?

No gas of any kind past the injector pump. I need to see if the solenoid moves. Though i have tried with the solenoid connected and disconnected. You may soon see me post in the, what did you tow today, part of the forum. As i use chains to drag it to the steel recycle place!!

I'm surprised no one has suggested putting a damper on it.
