Nice! Probably around 1200-1500 lbs I'm guessing? I hauled a half yard of black dirt and it was just shy of 1000lbs - truck had no issues.

I did some hauling like that recently. Used a bagster sewn trash sack as the liner in the bed. Put a tarp over the top and then pulled the cloth handles together and bungeed into a pod. Transported wonderfully and got home with what I left the yard with. Made keeping the bed clean a piece of cake too!

Looks like it can haul even more. To be honest by the title I thought this was another Tacoma bashing thread.?

Yeah, that sounds about right. I felt it squat when they loaded it but it doesn’t look bad at all. It also didn’t feel sluggish in any way.

I’m not exaggerating about the ride quality either….so much smoother. So much so that I might look into suspension upgrades.

the rear suspension seems to be holding up well. The "squat " in your rear tires stood out to me. I was never a fan of the stock hankook tires on the FX4's. They always felt more passenger than light truck. pretty cool knowing the truck can haul a yard with little effort.

yes, the tires do show the stress. That's all from the load, they are properly inflated.
