Living in the USA - Some life advice for an Australian

I was stationed at Homestead in 1983. Yepp end of Florida.

I lived there from 1957 until I graduated South Dade High School and joined the USAF in 1976. Fished and skied South Biscayne Bay, Elliott Key, the Arsenicker Keys, Card Sound, The Keys, Flamingo, Bear Lake, and the Cape Sable area including Lake Ingraham.

Back then it was just a small farm town.
