I love driving down south on the interstates, and all the 7's and 9's lawyer billboards...call 777-777-7777 or 999-999-9999!

Well, it could be said that if these problems didn't exist neither would the letters...
Yep.

At this point in my life I’m tired of dealing with shady dealers and manufactures.

Tired of all the “too many car washes” voids the warranty excuses. Endless loop of calling customer service, corporate and admin getting nowhere.

I’ll keep this attorneys information handy for such shenanigans. To be sure, I’ll still be getting no where and get little out of it, but I’ll let the attorney waste his time, not mine.

The transmission clearly has issues... I went extended warranty route as I like the truck enough otherwise.

The worst are those class action suits. The lawyers make millions while the millions of plaintiffs split the winnings, and each wind up with peanuts. No thanks.
I was in a Class Action, years ago - I got a cool hard check for , drum roll —— 37 Cents

This is by NO means to belittle those with serious legitimate issues, just a seedy lawyer joke based on the letter I received.

Lawyer: My client is asking for a settlement for 87K from his 2020 Ford Ranger
Judge: What happened to his truck?
Lawyer: After a thorough investigation of 3 minutes, we determined he was driving down the road when the fuel contamination leaking into the engine oil caused back pressure to explode through the top of the engine. Since there was not any hood struts to help hold down the hood, it blew the hood and all it's paint up into the air.
Judge: Why didn't the engine cover stop that?
Lawyer: His truck didn't have one
Judge: Well, that's just stupid. Carry on. What happened then?
Lawyer: The chaos caused him to panic and stomp on the gas pedal. Since the transmission has 10,000 gears to select from it didn't know what gear to select. So it just imploded.
Judge: Was he able to stop safely?
Lawyer: No sir, the brakes were very mushy so instead of stopping the truck accelerated unexpectedly. It finally stopped when all the electronics shut down bringing it to an abrupt stop.
Judge: I hope his bed wasn't full
Lawyer: Well, it could have been but there isn't enough bed tie downs to safely secure items.
Judge: Well, that's just stupid. Where did the 85K settlement come from. Rangers are not that expensive.
Lawyer: He spected out a loaded Lariat Ranger for just over 53K plus other add ons totaling 57K
Judge: So 30K for pain and suffering? Seems a little high
Lawyer: No sir, the 30K is for the dealer's ADM markup.
Judge: So if I agree to 87K, will he be able to purchase a new truck and be happy?
Lawyer: That's up to him. With taxes and then my fees and such, I believe he will clear around $1.95

"Violent jerking while stopping" sounds more like an intimacy issue, maybe that's a tranny issue. =D

And a 2018 Ranger?

Holy Crap! That has to be an extra non-deleted-item version! Don't anyone tell me what the 2018 has that Soupie doesn't - I need a break from holiday spending!

They failed to mention the defective and poorly designed bed rake, so those guys can go violently jerk themselves.

Plus, I want an add-on class action lawsuit for how creaky and groany my damper gets in the winter. Plus I want some money for mental pain and suffering from being in that AzScorpion cult! I have enough graphene to last decades! =p

Now if they'll throw in a free extended warranty with the winnings, count me in! =)

My son is an attorney....however, he is a partner in a firm that deals strictly with patent law and patent infringement.
He will tell you that he hates the "troll lawyers" that you see on TV, or who mail out letters trolling for clients....they give the good lawyers a bad rap, as the good one's get lumped in with the bad one's.
Troll lawyer?

We should ask John Cadogan what he thinks! Nonetheless, it is just another case of ambulance chasing—the lowest form of an attorney (if you could call one that!).
Ha John would love that, I should send it to him.
