Hey All,

Wanted some thoughts on this. There is lots of back and forth about this online. I currently tow a 2018 14 foot Rockwood Geo Pro (is about 2100 pounds dry so pretty light). As a bit of a weekend warrior I often leave it attached during the week between trips. I used to do this with my wife's jeep but it was a lease soo...didn't really care ?

Anyone aware of this causing any problems with suspension etc? I can see this as a problem long term but any damage done if only for week or two max at a time?

Thanks!

Never done this with my Ranger but have with previous F-150 and Ram 1500 intermittently witth no issues. Also have a number of friends in construction, landscaping, etc that have never detached their trailer. Never heard one complaint.

I would not think there could be a problem with the suspension. I have heard some say to make sure you disconnect the electric in case there is something in the trailer that is drawing power. I don't know if that would be the case with your set up.
