I have a Primo Jr (oval ceramic) and last time I did them i went five hours at 225. Tasted great and bones pulled easy enough but chewy. I didn’t wrap so I will try that next time. I dont wrap butts because I like the bark

Well over the past two weeks I’ve washed, removed iron, clayed and used Graphene on our four vehicles. I had been dreading it but am grateful for my daughter’s help on two of them and for finally being done. They all came out great and have held up well to pollen, dirt, bugs and bird droppings.
