Leaf spring install help with bushing removal

I am installing new bushings on tremor leaf springs. I have removed the front rubber and it appears there may be a two piece sleeve in the front eye.

Can some verify if this is the case and needs to be removed, and if so any ideas on how to? Thanks!!

I believe it should be pressed in and you can pop it out with a flat head screwdriver or air chisel. Just unbolt the eye.
