What’s the latest point you can order a Ranger? I don’t plan on buying until late August or early September and dealers may not have exactly what I want. Thanks for any assistance.

Thank you for the information, but bummed out it’s so early. I may not be buying this year, unless a dealer can find what I want.
After production ends, expect 2020 production soon after. Unlike the 2019 model year, where they built the factory from the bottom up, there shouldn’t be much changes for the following year.

I hope they make at least a few changes/options:
Fix the fold flat back seat so it actually folds flat, add a power rear window option, add a 6' bed for the Crewcabs and finally, add an option for a.n integrated brake controller so you can actually tow the 7,500 pounds it says.

I'm active with small fiberglass RV trailers , and I see the same thing there as you advocate for the Ranger.. Make it larger!
The new Ranger is borderline large as it is for a Ranger (already longer than the shortest F150)
The F150 is finest full sized truck on the market and a great alternative for those who want a larger Ranger.
A larger Ranger would obviate its own existence!
