Hi here is what my dealer is sharing with me:

This is the 3rd time he's shared an update and each time the end date moves out with no ETA.
Seems to be stuck in VA just 2 hours from me.
Very odd.

If I had to just venture a guess, I'd guess they are having a hard time getting trucks to move the vehicles out of the train yard - but that is just a guess. Even before all the covid issues, I was surprised how much time vehicles just sat during "transport". Mine sat in the rail yard at MAP for a week after it was built and it sat for a few days a couple of times as I recall during its trip west.

Hopefully yours starts moving soon.

My ride is 12 miles away from my dealer sitting at the rail yard. Its off the train just in the parking lot waiting on a transport. Dealer said there was 30 drivers (before Covid) and now down to two drivers for transportation from rail yard to dealers. All dealers use the same off load point. She said it is an average 10 days waiting to get on a truck once off the train.

Yep, mine was “in transit” for over a month. My dealer wouldn’t even give an ETA.

It could have rail damage and be in the repair process. I used to work in a Ford dealership body shop, and we did repairs for vehicles damaged in transit. Usually it is something minor like a scratch or paint damage from wheel sparks. I am not sure if they tell you about it, but you may want to give it a good once over when you do get it. Now I will tell you that Ford is very strict on these type of repairs (at least they were when I was there), and they will never be sent to a body shop that does not do quality work.
